Watch This!- Health, Exercise, Fitness, Workout, Personal Training ...

I wasn?t sure what to expect when I watched???America the Beautiful 2?this weekend?it far exceeded any expectations I had and is a truly must watch. The media and government has bombarded the country with the ?obesity epidemic? and the ?facts? about diet, health and weigh loss. The problem is that 90% of this is total bullshit. People see commercials about cereal having as much protein in an egg?.EAT AN EGG! It has gotten out that whole grains are the thing to eat. That meat is bad and Soy is good. Fat will give you a heart attack and cane sugar is a good thing. Weight on t5he scale is total bullshit and only helps the diet industry make more money. So what do I want you to take from this rant?

?THINK FOR YOURSELF!

I see comments from people about bodybuilders being weak, and triathletes being unfit and powerlifters just being obese. I think that everyone can find an outlyer that fits this, but by in large it is a load of crap. In terms of thinking for yourself?.how strong do you want to be? There is no chart of how strong you should be that means crap and only you can decide. How fit do you want to be and what is fit to you? It is different for everyone! If you can deadlift 350lbs and run a 23:00 5K is that fit? If you can do 100 push ups is that? IT DEPENDS! If you think you look fat, lean out. If you think you are weak, get stronger and if you think you are slow, get fast.
